Volodymyr Lytvyn, Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, predicts aggravation of the situation at the Parliament due to the receipt of another IMF loan tranche by Ukraine.
V.Lytvyn made the above-mentioned statement in his interview to the journalists in the village of Novi Petrivtsi.
"The situation will obviously aggravate after the IMF loan is received, as a great number of people is willing to distribute the money as it appears", - he stated.
According to V.Lytvyn, one part of the funds will cover the State budget deficit, and, therefore, the areas of allocation should be determined. The second part "will actually pass as transit", stated the Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, "and will pay the external debt".
According to V.Lytvyn, the situation will be further aggravated by the great number of Laws to be scrutinized within the next week, as well as "by the notorious political matters".
